Staging is just decorating.
Decorating or design is personalizing and focusing on things and not the house. As a trained ASP Stager I use the existing items in your house, de-personalize the house and prepare it for the unknown buyer.
Staging costs too much.
Staging is an investment in getting the house sold. This investment is always less than a price reduction. At Primp Your Home, we work with the seller’s budget and time frame. When compared with other costs associated with the sale or purchase of a house, staging is actually very reasonable.
All I need are lights, flowers and music.
All three are great when showing a house. Staging requires an objective and professional assessment of a house’s strengths and challenge areas and solutions to help buyers fall in love with what they see. Primp Your Home can develop an action plan to get your house staged and sold!
I can just watch one of those TV shows and do it myself.
